About Lone Star Commercial Lock Services

In April of 2022 Lone Star Commercial Lock Services was established by Dale, a Master Locksmith, and his wife Cynthia. Dale has been locksmithing in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex and surrounding areas since 1995. His clients value his extensive product knowledge and meticulous skill set he brings to every job. Dale takes the time to listen to his customer’s needs, ensuring all aspects of the job are up to code, while delivering “legendary” customer service. Dale has experience working with large companies, serving as the Project Manager, overseeing the rekey of places like Texas Instruments, Sara Lee, CBRE and Williams Square. Dale is also a recommended Everon Solutions (formally ADT) hardware installer. He has overseen fresh installs for Stanley, Night Security and Tyco. Dale confidently tells his clients, "Once I do a job for you, you won't call another locksmith." Cynthia met Dale in 2000 while they were both working at a locksmith shop in Addison. She was a full time college student while working a part time job as a clerical assistant, at the locksmith shop. During her time there she assisted the owners of the company with everything, from accounts receivable, to answering phones and dispatching service calls. In 2008 Dale and Cynthia were married and the rest is history. Cynthia is a veteran elementary school teacher with 20+ years of classroom experience and owner of Lone Star CLS. She has a Bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University and Master's degree from Southern Methodist University. Lone Star CLS is minority woman owned.

Misten has over 18 years of experience in the Security and Locksmith industry. She began her career with alarms in 2006, gradually expanding her expertise to include Access Control and CCTV systems. Eventually, her passion for the Locksmith industry became her primary focus. Holding a degree in Business Management, Misten has worked alongside Dale for 14 years, starting in dispatch before progressing to office manager. She has developed strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and Payables, and later transitioned to a Project Coordinator role. Currently, she serves as the Operations Manager at Lone Star CLS.
